KHAI VI (APPETIZERS)

Fresh spring rolls. 2 pieces. Regular spring rolls with boiled pork and shrimp. Grilled pork, chicken or fried tofu substitution for an additional charge.
Beef noodle soup (rice noodle). Our popular Vietnamese pho bo (beef noodle soup) are served with scallions onions and cilantro. Also with bean sprouts, fresh basil, sliced lime, and green chili pepper on the side. All the soup are beef broth. You also have the option to pick chicken broth as well. Please read carefully before making a selection. * For extra meat, it is per type, if choose more than 1, an additional charge will apply.

14. Yellow Noodle Wonton (My Hoanh Thanh
Yellow noodle wonton soup. We used yellow egg noodles and use chicken broth for this soup. It also comes with beans sprouts and lettuce inside. There are 3-4 wontons (pork and shrimps mixed in ***No changes*** for this)
15. Fried Rice (Com Chien Duong Chau)
Fried rice. Our fried rice are made with a little variety of each meat together with egg, shrimps, chicken, pork, beef, sausage and as well as vegetable. Or pick one type of meat.
16. Hu Tieu Nam Vang Nuoc
Clear noodle soup with pork and seafood (quail eggs, ground pork, shrimp, squid, crab meat and fish ball). Comes with chicken broth. Also served with bean sprouts and lettuce.
HU TIEU MI XAO (CLEAR NOODLE STIR FRIED NOODLE)
Stir-fried noodle. Noodles are made from mixed of tapioca starch and rice.
17-18. Hu Tieu Xao (Clear Noodle)
Clear noodles stir-fried with tofu, pork, beef, vegetable or chicken. It comes with bean sprout, celery, onion, other mixed veggies, and scallions and option to pick pork, beef, chicken, or shrimps.

19. Pad Thai Heo, Ga, Veggies
Pad thai with pork, chicken, tofu, or vegetables stir-fried. It comes with onion, scallion, bean sprout, and top with peanut.

Vermicelli. At our restaurant, our vermicelli noodle (rice noodle) bowls are mix mixed with vegetables of shredded lettuce, mint, peanut topping, and bean sprouts. You can substitute between shrimp, pork, chicken, or beef. And your choice of either peanut sauce or fish sauce.
